This document constitutes the complete and binding user agreement between you and sl788. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable period — typically 14 days from the date of the request — may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at sl788's discretion.

sl788 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:
sl788 does not accept deposits made from accounts held in the name of a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. sl788 reserves the right to refuse deposits from, and to return funds to, payment methods not owned by the registered Account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. sl788 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are ordinarily credited to your sl788 Account within five (5) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending institution. sl788 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact sl788 customer support with your transaction reference number.
sl788 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (Section 3.4). sl788 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
All transactions on the sl788 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sl788 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which sl788 is not responsible.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. sl788 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding Rp 50.000 per month, after providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the email address registered on the Account.
From time to time, sl788 offers Bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. sl788 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements for future promotions at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. sl788 reserves the right to determine Member eligibility for any promotion and to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where sl788 suspects abuse of the bonus system. Only one Bonus may ordinarily be active at a time per Account unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
sl788 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the promotional validity period specified at the time of grant will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account balance without compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sl788's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sl788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if sl788 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sl788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification, or at sl788's sole discretion for business or risk management reasons. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
You may close your sl788 Account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before your Account is closed, all pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes, all active Bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the date on which updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2. Amendments do not apply retroactively to wagers placed or Bonuses claimed before the amendment date.
